In this part of the series, we look at the very powerful SAP Marketing Cloud tool – Segmentation.

Thanks to it, customers will no longer perceive your campaign as SPAM. On the contrary, it will ensure that the campaign reaches only those people who relate to it.

In the video, we will show you the work directly in the segmentation application, where we will create a target group of Czechs under 50 who showed interest in smartwatches and fitness bracelets.
