Konica Minolta AIRe Link solutions can be very effectively used by companies that have a large number of mobile service technicians who take care of a large number of devices for their customers. Such companies typically use some form of tool for planning and managing service trips, and Salesforce is one of the leaders in this field, according to Gartner.
We believe that thanks to the connection of AIRe Link with Salesforce, we will enable service companies to solve some of the reported problems remotely, without the need for a technician to visit the customer. This results in faster problem resolution, lower service costs, and allows the service team to spend more time with remaining customers.
Our development team does not have such deep experience with the Salesforce platform that we can develop the connector ourselves. We were looking for a reliable partner who would quickly understand the assignment and develop the connector in a reasonable period of time. After an internal selection process, we chose the company Anodius. The entire delivery from Anodius was very professional, exactly as we expected. I really appreciate the excellent communication and the creation of a connector within the predetermined budget.
Thanks to the developed connector, Salesforce customers can now more easily use Konica Minolta AIRe Link features directly from the Salesforce environment, instead of using both applications separately. This is very user-friendly and we hope to make it easier for customers to use our app. At the same time, we have acquired a preferred partner in Anodius in case our customers require a more advanced integration between the two systems or a specific configuration.
