Experience Talks: Viktor Kosticky

You can look forward to inspiring topics divided into two blocks:

    1. Negotiate successfully while improving customer experience?

      We humans, although we often do not realize this, are significantly influenced by emotions, impressions, primary needs, and irrationality in negotiations. Logic is also important, but much less than it might seem. Simply, a significant part of the negotiation is the ability to get the other in a psychologically appropriate mood. And we will practically look at this part in the lecture. By the way, do you know how to promote trust in a targeted way? How to create a pleasant feeling? Or how to achieve a sense of security for others?

    2. Empathy in business and its use in marketing

      Do you feel, if it survives, that companies that dominate in the public space communicate about themselves, about the value they provide, about how good they are, how they help, and so on? What if this “dogma” changes significantly? What will this mean for customers and also for your own employees? Can we earn more money with sincere giving and at the same time create an environment that makes people at work more meaningful? And how to implement these elements internally in the company?
